RETURNS – 4 Easy Steps

Step 1:
Send an email to info@rachelwear.us, and our team will send you a return form.
Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before sending the product back to our sorting center.

Step 2:
Fill out the return form completely.

Step 3:
Send your order to the address mentioned on the return form.
Please note that in some cases the item may need to be returned to another country, such as China, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Make sure your parcel has a Track & Trace / tracking number.

Step 4:
Once we receive your parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 business days.


SIZE EXCHANGE – 4 Easy Steps

Step 1:
Send an email to info@rachelwear.us with your order number and the size you would like to receive. You will then receive an exchange form.

Step 2:
Fill out the exchange form.

Step 3:
Send your order to the address mentioned on the exchange form.
Please make sure the parcel has a Track & Trace / tracking number.

Step 4:
Once the parcel is received, we will send you the correct size FREE of charge.


EXCHANGE FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS – 4 Easy Steps

Step 1:
Send an email to info@rachelwear.us with photos or a short video of the damaged product and a brief explanation of the problem.

Step 2:
Once we have received your evidence, our team will review and validate the issue.

Step 3:
After validation, we will send you a replacement order FREE of charge.

Step 4:
Our customer support team will send you the tracking details of the replacement order so you can follow its status.
